BHMS Admission Eligibility Criteria 2026

To secure admission in a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) course, candidates must qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG). The detailed criteria are as follows:

Age & Citizenship

Minimum Age: 17 Years completed by 31st Dec 2026.
Upper Age Limit: None (As per current NCISM guidelines).
Nationality: Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs are eligible.

Academic Qualification

10+2 Exam: Passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English.
Minimum Marks (PCB):
- General/EWS: 50%
- OBC/SC/ST: 40%
- PwD: 45%

The syllabus for BHMS admission is identical to MBBS, based on the rationalized NCERT curriculum of Class 11 and 12.
